It’s nicely nestled in the center of an oversized lot on the western end of 30A, just down the street from the popular Goat Feathers Seafood Restaurant- yum! Families will adore the open floor plan, private bedrooms, and easy beach access that’s just a quick 10-minute walk or a 2-minute golf cart ride away. The welcoming front porch leads inside to the wide-open great room, a well-designed living space that was built with families in mind. Tile floors and soaring vaulted ceilings make the room feel very spacious, while overhead there’s a cooling paddle fan. Relax on one of two oversized plush sofas that are piled high with throw pillows and face the large HDTV.
