Fabulous Family Vacay!

Our family (6 adults & 2 toddlers) had an amazing first trip to 30A. Location was absolutely perfect, private beach, and close to all activities.

Location is amazing!

Great location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Nicely updated home. We appreciated the nice outdoor shower and another area to wash off feet coming off the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location and beautiful views

Overall enjoyed our stay loved the private beach and views. Kids loved to play on the sandbar in the evenings. Only thing is the house is dated and needs a 3rd full bath

Great house and management

The house was great, check in and out was super easy, our area of the beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Beds and furniture were super comfortable! Property manager was immediately attentive to any questions, ensuring that we had a wonderful week.

The location of the property is amazing! We were so impressed with the views from the house. The house sits steps from the water. We will definitely be returning to the Emerald Coast!

If you want a place to stay that will accommodate a large family and where you are on the beach with a fabulous location then hurry and rent this home. It was perfect. We will be back!

The sound of the waves as the background noise while in the house was so soothing and I had some of the best sleep of my life. House was a great setup and very comfortable. Rode bikes to Shunk Gulley for dinner (delicious) and cooked the rest of the time. Would recommend this place!

Very relaxing. Layout is perfect for 2 families - each family had their own side of the home for sleeping. The only time we left the house was to get groceries and Parlor Donuts (must have). We didn't want to leave.

My pup loved sitting on the porch with the breeze flowing through his fur and beach walkers to see. We even saw deer one afternoon running down the beach. Once in a lifetime experience! House is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Would recommend.

Great family vacay

Exclusive 30A was excellent to work with from booking to checkin and checkout. Very response to any questions we had. House is in a perfect location on 30A with gorgeous sunrise and sunset views! House set up would be perfect for multiple families, although it was just the 3 of us. House is a little dated but well stocked and has working appliances. Some lamps and room lightbulbs were blown which should have been replaced prior to our arrival. The back porch dead bolt lock was very loose and managed to lock itself a couple times and locked us out once and needs to be replaced. Overall a great stay and worth the last minute price but not sure I’d pay prime rates for this one, and consider finding another house that’s more updated.

Best Beach Vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing vacation staying at Dune Allen Delight. The beach was incredible with clear water and white sand. The house is just steps from the water so it was easy to store chairs and canopies at night. The house is clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back porch. Our adult children enjoyed the bikes and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The only issue we found with the house is the stairs from the top porch to the beach. They are very steep and get slippery when sandy and wet. I would be worried if I had small children going up and down the stairs.

Great Location, Charming Home!

No lugging stuff on a long walk to the beach with this home. Walk down the private stairs from the private balcony and your practically in the ocean. This is a great home for families with little kids as the location is incredibly convenient. Sunsets are amazing from the deck. The home itself is very charming and its layout brings the family together. Plenty of living space downstairs and even an upstairs loft with a bar for entertaining. Each side of the house has a pair of bedrooms so the home is also good for 2 families vacationing together. This home provides an incredible backdrop for pictures and memories. I will definitely be bringing my family back!

Family Vacation 2023

However this year, we got there at check-in time and still had to wait because they were still cleaning and it was already a late check-in of 5pm. The carpets were soaking wait because they had them cleaned that day. There was no can opener. No tea pitchers, The coffee pot was a single keurig. We bought a coffee pot. The trash was not picked up from prior guests, but management did take care of that for us. Overall a good stay, but for the price , you would expect the home to be better equipped.

Very Disappointing-Overpriced

We have used VRBO many times to book vacation rentals and we have never been so disappointed with the property. I could not wait to leave. To begin with, the pictures posted on the VRBO listing are either very old or heavily edited. The property does not look like that in person. It is very dated inside with formica countertops that are warped, laminate flooring that has huge gaps, lights that don't work, HVAC vents and returns that are filthy, disgusting carpets with pet stains, and roaches. To make it worse, the house only had 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and 2 trash bags. The blinds were broken in all of the rooms and the exterior doors were in poor shape. The grill was dirty and had not been cleaned. The entire property was not properly cleaned in years. The only good thing was the location being on the beach but it was not worth what we spent. I would not recommend this property to anybody. If you need proof, contact me and I will send you pictures.
