Second floor was the kitchen, dining, family room and a full bath. 3rd floor two bedrooms with king beds and each has a full bath. The beach public access was less than 1/2 a mile away. I would recommend renting a golf cart; It was worth it! Over all the place is a great home and the property manager was so nice and very easy to deal with! We will book again!
