We loved that this property was so close to the beach. I will say though, that they did not advertise that to the right of the walkway on the beach, it is a private beach. Just walk to the left a little at the end of the walkway and that's the public beach. We rented this condo to be closer to our friends who were staying at a house about a mile away. It suited what we needed for the time but we had to rearrange our sleeping arrangments once we got there because the bunk beds are not full sized. It was me, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old. The 9 year old was the only one short enough for the bunkbed because it is not full sized. Luckily, I had read the reviews beforehand so we had taken an air mattress. So my teenage daughters took the bedroom, the 9 year old slept on one of the bunks, I slept on the couch and my teenage son slept on the air mattress. It worked but slightly cramped for 5 people. We weren't there that much though so it wasn't a big deal. We did like the ability to cook to save a little money and not eat out. We loved that it was a full sized fridge with an ice maker!
