The building itself is older and shows in some aspects, but the unit shines and having a vaulted living room ceiling being top floor made it feel a bit larger. Our son loved the hallway bunks, the patio furniture was very nice and the washer dryer set appeared newer and worked great. Check in was smooth and we had no issues during our stay. Excellent location right in beach. View of the gulf and sunsets are fantastic. Beach chairs and umbrella included and set up for us each morning. Condo clean and decorated nicely!
