Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. Great space and a lovely place to stay. The outside pool and garden house was a brilliant extra to the property and we really enjoyed that area. It was perfect for our group which included 9 people and two families. We really enjoyed the pool house. The only complaint was there was no service for the pool house TV. We were able to connect it to our own phone based wifi router and use it thought. They were trying to get a new cable box but not in time for us to use it. ##### Sean M. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time staying here. We love everything about this house! Location, pool, golf cart, decor, cleanliness and the house layout, the bbq ran of propane and it was immediately replaced. Oversee Rentals has great and prompt staff always available to assist you!
