'Gulf View' is a sensational space overlooking the sparkling waters of 30A! With high ceilings, full kitchen, king size bed, twin bunk beds, and community washer and dryer, this unit is sure to have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful trip.

A well appointed 2nd floor unit on the west side of the building, this space is perfect for a small family or gathering of friends. The Owners have recently completed some major upgrades with all new flooring, new sofa, new dishwasher, new fridge, and new stove. The chef of your crowd will love all of the kitchen upgrades when preparing a Florida Seafood feast! There is a set of twin over twin bunkbeds with a half bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen tv with an attached full bathroom.

Inside you will find a calming atmosphere and the décor is sure to brighten your mood for the perfect vacation. Mornings can be spent sipping coffee enjoying the ocean breezes on your over-sized covered balcony boasting views of the Gulf of Mexico, and evenings can be spent kicking back and watch the flat screen from the comfort of the living room.

The village of Gulf Place has everything you could need in one location. With a large community pool and a community hot tub you will never want to leave this gorgeous space! It is just steps away from the white, sugar-sand beaches of the Scenic 30A Corridor. Located between Seaside and Destin, you're in the heart of a host of restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping, including the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall at San Destin.

Perfect place with great location!
Everything we needed! This is a laid back place that was conveniently located to beach access, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t move the car once for the time we stayed here. It was very clean, comfortable, and secure. The pool and private beach access were both very easy to use and understand the rules. If you are traveling with more than two people I would highly suggest bringing an extra couple of rolls of toilet paper. As previously mentioned, the cleaning people did knock at 8am to see if we were ready but she was very polite and I let her know we needed at least another hour and she was understanding. Overall we loved our stay and this place is a great deal for all of the great memories it provided my family!

Wonderful location and place! I would have liked to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. That was very inconvenient not having a spare roll. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

My elderly parents came with my teenage daughter and I for a summer beach trip. This is our second year staying in this unit and it never disappoints. The condo is very clean, well maintained, across the street from the beach and walking distance to great food and shops. You can park your car for your enture stay, Gulf Place has everything you need.

Great condo, great location
The condo was nice and in a PERFECT location. A very short walk across the street to the beach. It is also right next to a great coffee shop and The Perfect Pig (great restaurant). We had a wedding at The Vue, which is also a great waterfront restaurant within walking distance as well. My only complaint is the cleaning staff showed up at 8:45 and woke us up. Our check out was at 10am and she did not speak English so we struggled to explain that to her. Other than that one thing, I would recommend this property.

A short walk across 30A to the beach, several restaurants within walking distance, peaceful and quiet, not a lot of traffic. My only complaint is that the beach chair guys jerked us around a little. But they aren't affiliated with Gulf Place.
