The beach was close and the neighborhood was very private. Once we walked into the house we were greeted with 2 dead roaches. The next morning we were greeted with 3 more live roaches including the ones on the kitchen counter. We were woke up in our second morning to the sound of rain in the house. Huge waterfall leak coming from the ceiling on the second floor. I called the property manager and sent pictures. They stated that maintenance would be notified. We were there 3 more days and no one ever showed up. The patio is out dated and rotten. One of the chairs on the third floor is crumbling to pieces and the property had zero cushions for the patio furniture. The other property’s all had cushions on their porches. ##### Gregory R. The property is a little dated and we did have a shower handle that came off and a dish washer that was a bit glitchy. Very quiet and private, especially the beach. The pool was clean and not too crowded. Our walk to the beach was easy and the homeowner's association security guard very helpful. Great kitchen/dining table and also outside table. The view from the 3rd floor is awesome. The only negatives would be that there are very few places to hang towels in the bathrooms and the TV in the main area is small. But overall we were very happy!
