Beach Access Lily Lane beach trail (ONLY bikes or walking) is located across from the 'Gathering Place'. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking. Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access. Private Pool: Blue Heron's private pool/spa can be heated for $50/night. Please request this service at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance to ensure the pool reaches its optimal temperature. The pool is 5 feet deep max. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather. Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool. This home is equipped with the state-required alarm. Important Things to Know No pets Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions. No Smoking Smoking is not permitted. The location was excellent being close to walking trails, restaurants, a grocery store and to the beach via golf cart or bicycles provided. The kitchen was stocked with virtually anything you would ever need and the “spice sharing” idea was a nice touch for cooking both inside or outside. Each room had a large TV so everyone could watch whatever they wanted during our stay. The kids bunk room is fantastic for any family with children. The pool was probably the biggest hit with our group of various ages and exceptionally beautiful. Beach chairs, inflatables, life vests were plentiful and available for use so we would not have brought those things. The management company and owners were responsive and excellent to work with. The private pool was perfect for relaxing in on the hot days. We had a great time riding the bikes and utilizing the golf cart. The home was well stocked for cooking and playing games. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and gathering in the family room. It was a perfect place for a family vacation. Our only feedback for the property manager is to provide more supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex) and additional hand towels. Thank you for a great stay! ##### Meredith H. Overall the home was great, had an issue with the golf cart in that it was unavailable and not informed on a timely manner. Had to rent a cart 3rd party, and had to increase our cost.
