Things to Know Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). Guests must travel by car to reach this condo. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests. This is a non-smoking property. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. The 2 things that we encountered that weren’t so pleasant was the musty smell in the condo and the TVs. The one in the bedroom we couldn’t get working at all and the cable or service in the main living room was spotty at best.
