DETAILS: Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, One Putt Paradise is a beautiful Seagrove Beach home comfortably accommodating 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. Generations of families have flocked to this quintessential 30A beach town for its sugar-white sand and natural beauty. Enjoy sun-kissed days relaxing poolside, playing on the putting green, and hitting up the beach—only a 3-minute stroll away!  
  
Step inside this 2-story coastal retreat to discover dark hardwood floors and shiplap detailing throughout the combined living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Meals are a breeze thanks to the fully equipped kitchen’s high-end appliances and plentiful counter space. In the living area, a soft white couch and 2 matching armchairs provide comfortable seating around the TV. A few steps away is a round table for 4, where guests can enjoy savory meals or lively card games. Meander outside to swim in the private pool or refine skills on the putting green. A 6-seat table and propane grill call for barbecue dinners while enjoying the sunset. When bedtime arrives, choose between the 2 guest bedrooms with private bathrooms on this floor—the first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a queen bed.  
  
Take the outdoor stairs or the in-home elevator to the second level. An additional living area with a couch, armchairs, and TV offers space for guests to spread out—or let the kids have their own place to play while the adults hang out downstairs.
