DETAILS: Nestled in the renowned Seagrove Beach community, Sully’s by the Sea is an enchanting 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home that sleeps 18 guests. Discover an inviting escape where the days are filled with adventure—biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more. Spend a breezy morning cruising the Timpoochee Trail, followed by a spontaneous jaunt to the beach to cool off in the sparkling surf. Guests will love relaxing on the covered back deck and the convenience of a private pool and sitting spa.  
  
Laidback luxury meets coastal charm in this 2-story home. As guests enter, sunlight paints cheerful swathes throughout the airy and open great room—accented with shiplap walls and bursts of cobalt and baby blue. Plan the day’s itinerary over a relaxed dinner at the beach-inspired table for 8, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances provide a well-equipped and beautiful backdrop for whipping up snacks, meals, or pitchers of sangria in the chef’s kitchen. Coffee lovers can brew a rich cup to sip on the back porch at the combined wet/coffee bar under the staircase. Let worries disappear on the salt-scented breeze in the idyllic backyard—secluded by neighboring privacy fences and lush natural greenery—where guests will find a built-in grill, patio, pool, and sitting spa. Day trips around the Emerald Coast are simple with parking for 5 vehicles, or enjoy days of exploring with the complimentary 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle and 5 adult bikes. Santa Clara Regional beach access is a 3-minute drive. Take Montigo Avenue and turn left on Elm Street, left at San Juan Avenue, and again at East County Highway 30A.
