It was so convenient and the unit was spotless and spacious. The four of us had more than enough space. Property management also more available than any other host we’ve ever had. First was bike lock code provided was inaccurate. Finally got VRBO on the phone (thankfully) and they were able to get 360blue on the line, The code provided was 1 digit off, it happens. Called called called and never could reach 360blue (more like 360 black and blue). Next day, private beach access code was wrong. Called called called , never could reach anyone. Finally got a call back and they said they would look in to. The Cabana guys manning the private beach entrance saw our dilema and thankfully allowed us in. They witnessed code not working, but we had arm bands. Only after several hours we got an email saying the code was good....no, it wasn't. We'll avoid all 360 blue managed properties on 30A ##### steve d. The location is superb, literally in the middle of everything. When we pulled out the sofa bed the previous dirty sheets were still on. Clean sheets were available and we made it up. The condo is in the center of Seaside! Great location. My only issue was the property manager would not return my call or u was on hold for a long time. I had questions regarding parking pass, where to put the trash and issues with one of the TVs. Enjoy the beach, shop, and eat right “next door”. Or get one of Nigel’s chocolate dipped bananas just below you (you can even check out their line from the comfort of your balcony). Ride the provided bikes in the beautiful neighborhoods behind you. Sit out on your balcony each night and “people watch” with a cool breeze lulling you to relax. Be aware, as mentioned in the description, this unit is on the 3rd floor with stairs only- so loading/unloading can be a bit of a challenge. We didn’t mind it because of the convenience of the rest of it. It was the perfect couples’ retreat for the 2 of us! ##### Susan S.
