HOME HIGHLIGHTS:  
\- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands.  
\- Located on the south side of Highway 30A in Watercolor  
\- Walking distance to Town Center and the beach  
\- 2 adult bikes  
\- Complete Clean Linen Participant - ALL linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout  
  
Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
DETAILS: 1680 County HWY 30A Unit 302, also known as "Ohana," is a luxurious vacation home located in WaterColor on the south side of Highway 30A. Being just a short walk to the town center and the beach, you have everything you'll need at your fingertips. The WaterColor community is your own escape to paradise with endless activities. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom brings the comfort of coastal living right to you. Some of the most notable features include access to all 6 of the swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 adult bikes, a beautifully renovated chef's kitchen, and more. The breathtaking views of the Gulf coast are just a short bike ride or walk away. This 2-story home welcomes natural lighting all throughout, with an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. With commercial upgrades, the kitchen is premier for entertaining guests, with views looking directly off the balcony. The kitchen is directly connected to the dining area with a farm-style table with 2 benches. Transitioning into the cozy living room is a plush sofa and 2 accent chairs centered around a large flat-screen TV. The sofa in the living room folds out into a queen bed.  
  
The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed and private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity sink and a separate shower and bath. There is also a half bathroom with a beautiful sea glass vessel sink located close to the living room on the first floor. On the second level of the home is a well-designed loft area with 2 full beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a lounge area with a flat-screen TV. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee or to come home after a day in the sun and relax. There is a high-top seating area with 2 bar stools, a couch and accent chair, and plenty of room to catch incredible views.  
  
This highly sought-after resort offers activities for any age ranging from stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, biking, golfing, and more.
