Very clean! The game room, the 2nd floor living room and all large, comfortable beds. Loved the one of the masters was on the main floor. Appreciated the stock of beach chairs, cooler, toys, barbecue, etc. The neighborhood pool is starting to get too small for the growth of the subdivision but was still fun. Suggestion to the owners to put in furniture that people will take care of. The upholstered chairs could use a cleaning, but the owner can't be responsible for renters "messiness." It has a living room upstairs and on the main floor and both floors have separate thermostats. The kids loved the air hockey game in the garage (the foosball table was in poor shape). 3 very nice bathrooms with rain showers as well as regular showers. The golf cart was a great thing to have. This property is not an easy walk to the beach so we used the golf cart to go back and forth. We were very close to the pool and could walk there. The bunk bed room is great, the kids loved it. The property managers were very good to work with....a few things broke down and they were very responsive. Further from the beach than we were used to but the golf cart was wonderful. The house was so nice and very well stocked for cooking and entertainment. We had 12 and might need extra bath towels if you have more than 8 people. It was perfect and we would definitely stay there again! ##### Sheila L.
