We had a few minute bike or golf cart ride to the beach club or could walk it in less than 10 minutes. Loved having the natural area out out back door. It worked out well to have all of the teens downstairs (with 2 adults), then 3 adults upstairs. There's also a sofa sleeper downstairs. Both areas have a nice living space to hang out & watch TV. Almost all of the bedrooms and living spaces have their own patio access. The internet was a problem but this was for the whole area esp during Spring Break and having so many in town at the same time. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Loved having an ice machine, which never ran out. This house is a short walk or bike ride to the Water Color shops and restaurants as well as the Seaside Square.
