Beautiful home but had issues.
We wanted to love this place, but we were met with some issues from the start. First, this place is beautiful, decor, space, outdoor area all amazing, distance to the beach is wonderful, the pool is amazing.
We had some issues though, 1-Both ice makers didn’t work. -2. The fridge somehow tripped and went totally off. -3. The garbage disposal worked when it felt like it. -4. There was a near empty propane tank so the grill outside wouldn’t come on. When I called the management co I was told the propane wasn’t part of their amenities and they said “I humbly suggest you go purchase a new propane tank, and call VRBO”…lol what?!? I was not happy. -5. There’s a # on a laminated info sheet for a contact if you need anything, she doesn’t answer. I spoke to her once, after that I got voicemail. -6. It was surface clean, but could use a deep one. The fan in the living room has layers of dust, an indication of what’s around the rest of the house. Also had to hunt around to find out how to turn it on. Once found, it’s one speed, slow. Remotes were missing for a couple fans so one bedroom we couldn’t turn a fan on. We were told they were in between trying to replace the fans to have them on a switch. Again, no info on that. -7. There’s no “guide book” with any instructions like how to work/turn on the fans, the sound bar, the AC thermostats, recommendations of what to do etc, how to operate things etc. Most rentals have something like this. 8.
