COME AND ENJOY SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE PANHANDLE. OUR UNIT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND UPDATED. COME AND RELAX AND ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL BEACH. UNDER GARAGE PARKING WITH ELEVATOR. This is one of the larger 3 bedroom/3 full bath condos in our complex and closest to the beach from our unit. Very spacious and all features of home. Come visit us and see why people keep coming back to our condo. Dunes of Seagrove has many amenities including two pools/hot tub/tennis court/pickelball/sauna/workout room/conference room (optional for rental) and grills for grilling. Plus the beach is only steps to some of the best beaches. Our views from our condo are great of the beach. We also have underground parking and elevators for easy access to our condo. Our unit is very spacious well kept, clean and is decorated 'beachy'. Spacious living room with 65" Flat Screen TV, Blueray DVD player. . Our unit also has wifi, so bring your laptop and connect to the internet free of charge. Master bedroom with Flat Screen smart TV, 2nd and 3rd bedroom has smart TV. Unit has all amenities with washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and is non-smoking with no pets. Our complex has underground parking and overflow for additional guests. There are grills near the pool area. We have 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis/pickelbacll court/ workoutroom with scana.. And, of course, our beautiful beach just steps from our condo. There is beach service for Dunes of Seagrove at a nominal cost. The service is offered thru Dunes of Seagrove. Just sign up and everyday they setup and take down. We have some of the most beautiful, award-winning white sand Beaches in the United States! Enjoy the 17-mile bike trail on Scenic 30-A and a short walk from the front of our beach to Deer lake State Park. There are 1,700 acres of walking trails through some of the most picturesque scenery and its also a wildlife sanctuary. It's worth a visit to this secluded beach area. The outdoor patio is next to a road that receives quite a bit of traffic throughout the day isn't loud at all. The proximity to walk right out onto the beach was incredible along with the 2 large pools and hot tub (though only 1 pool is heated). We enjoyed our stay there and the only odd thing was the owner showing up unannounced while we were packing up to leave to sell a couple pieces of furniture. This happened right at checkout time which anyone with a family knows how chaotic that time can be. Overall though I'd highly recommend the property for anyone wanting to experience 30-A. ##### Rusty C. The condo was perfect for a family spring break. Just bring your own toiletries and toilet paper as they only provide a starter kit that will last you a day or two. Also, we had an issue with a fire alarm that started chirping at midnight and we could not turn it off. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep on the night before we had to check out by 9 a.m. Otherwise, this was a great stay. ##### Oralia M. My 8 hour drive was spent trying to get the code. After countless emails and phone calls we finally got the code at 6:25 PM! Our check in time was 4:00! We had to wait over 2 hours past our check in time (with kids) to get in the condo after spending the entire day on the road. Hosts are really nice to work with. Kitchen remodel is great. Lots of room. Our 3rd time to stay here. We just love this complex. The two huge pools and easy, close beach access. Easy parking. It’s right on the beach access and lovely views of ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked! The entire condo was so perfect for our party of 6\. The property was very accommodating for four adults and three kids. We really loved the proximity to the beach. We came at a cool time of the year (spring break), so just appreciate that the hot tub is shared by the entire community. The location was perfect and within short distances of all our favorite restaurants. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach service is super handy with little kids.
