Boasting almost 100 feet of direct Western Lake access and a private dock, this charming home offers endless opportunities for lake adventures, from paddling to the beach to kayaking over to WaterColor for a quick lunch. Guests will love the large back deck with outdoor seating and a firepit, which is perfect for relaxing. Best of all, the world-renowned beaches of Grayton are only a short 5-minute walk away!  
  
Step onto the welcoming front porch, where a spacious picnic table, seating 8, invites guests to unwind in the gentle breeze and enjoy views of the shimmering lake—a rare coastal treasure!
