This gorgeous new home is only a 3 minute bike ride or drive to 30A's newest beach access, and just around the corner from the community pool! Upon entering this brand new and beautifully decorated beach home, your eyes are drawn from one side of the home to the other, while you take in the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Right past the kitchen you will find the first of the homes three King bedroom suites, featuring a spacious king bed and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The dining area features a large farmhouse style table with comfortable seating for 8, and additional seating for 4 at the large kitchen island! It really has great amenities. We were and to make meals conveniently. Enough tvs for everyone. We addressed the issues we had and they communicated quickly. It just wasn't fixed until our last day. We stayed here for a family vacation and every one of us were equally impressed with this house. It is in a great location where we were able to walk or drive to the community pool or the beach access. Every room in this house is large and spacious and we had no issues with 12 people residing here. The house is well insulated because when the babies and littles were crying in one part of the house, you could not hear them throughout the whole house. The property was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. While searching for a residence, we looked online through a hundred different properties so we feel so fortunate to have found this location!
