Situated at the end of the road and away from the bustle of vacatiobers was nice for the young kids, and the pool was a perfect end-of-day treat. Down side- it’s not as close to beach access as we had hoped. There was no beach supplies ( chairs, wagon). If you know the area you know that it is bursting at the seams with people so be prepared for traffic and parking shenanigans everyday every time. Maintenance responded to a little television issue within minutes but overall communication with 360 Blue property management could be improved. Their little app is nice- but not functional or accurate. Maybe just some IT attention. Seaside is a great family friendly area- if a bit pretentious, and the house is a lovely retreat. ##### Jill W.
