This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has many notable highlights, including a private pool, screened porch, outdoor entertainment area, Low-Speed Vehicle, and complimentary bikes. To top it all off, it's located in the Camp District of WaterColor, which is near the Town Center of WaterColor, nature trails, dune lakes, Seaside, and it is a short bike ride to the beaches. The first floor is the home's main floor, which encompasses an open living and kitchen area. The kitchen has premium finishes such as stainless-steel appliances and sparkling white backsplash and countertops. There is seating for 14 at both the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has plenty of seating surrounding the flat-screen TV and opens up to the screened porch. The porch acts as an additional living area when guests want to enjoy the outdoors, featuring an outdoor fireplace, flat-screen TV, and separate dining area with seating for 12 at the custom-built farm table. There is also a grill for guests to enjoy preparing a fresh meal while enjoying the home's private pool. The first floor also has a half-bathroom and full laundry room down the hall off of the kitchen. Upstairs, guests can find all of the bedrooms, including 3 matching king suites with private bathrooms. The final room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds with a bathroom that is shared with the hallway twin bunk beds. There is also a screened porch on this floor that overlooks the quiet streets of Red Cedar Way. Guests will have access to the newly renovated WaterColor Beach Club, which has multiple beachfront pools and casual dining options for all ages to enjoy. It's easy to commute around 30A and the neighborhood with a 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle and 4 adult bikes, making Publix grocery runs or bike rides to brunch in Seaside a breeze. This home is perfect for groups of friends or extended family looking for a peaceful, sun-filled getaway! I called on our arrival to report the mistake but I was told they were closed until Monday. We had 10 occupants on our vacation therefore 4 people were forced to sit at home while the rest of the family accessed amenities like the pool and or beach. On Monday at nearly 4pm we finally received more wristbands but guess what… it was only 2 more. We finally got all wristbands on Tuesday. During the wristband mishap we noticed the golf cart was malfunctioning. I called Sunday morning yet I never received a call back. Monday morning I called two times first thing. Finally, at 10am I received a phone call that a technician was “on the way” therefore we needed to bring the golf cart back to the house immediately. The 6 people who were luckily enough to have wristbands at the time were forced to come home to return the golf cart. We then sat at the house. And sat. And sat. For over 5 hours! During this period I emailed 360 Blue 2 times and called numerous times with no answer. I finally got in my car and drove to the address listed on goggle. When I arrived the employees could not have been more unhelpful. They were so unsympathetic and actually tried to blame the wristband mistake on me! They offered no apologies or restitution. The home is pretty but the furnishing is not up to par to compared to some of the other homes. The beds are very comfortable. Porches are beautif ##### Lisa A.
