Step onto the front porch swing and breathe in the quiet of Blue Mountain Beach. Mornings begin with the sound of birds in the pines, afternoons flow into beach days and bike rides, and nights settle with the frog chorus of spring and summer evenings as you slip into the private hot tub under the stars.

This designer 4-bed/3-bath home blends privacy and comfort:
First Floor: Queen en-suite bedroom, King bedroom with full bath nearby, open living/dining/kitchen, laundry, back porch with sectional seating, grill, dining for four, and private hot tub.

Second Floor: Two King en-suite suites, including a primary spa bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks; one suite features a private balcony with cozy egg-chair swings.

Each bedroom offers a 55" TV, crisp linens, and stylish furnishings.

The Neighborhood
Nestled in Highland Parks, Blue Mountain Beach, the neighborhood is known for having one of the best pools on 30A. The lagoon pool with waterfall is heated October–December and March–April. Guests also enjoy a large hot tub, fire pit, and Gulf-view tower. Scenic walking, biking, and hiking trails connect directly to 30A’s paved path, making it effortless to explore dune lakes, state parks, and nearby towns.

Damage Waiver – $99 per stay (non-refundable)
Refundable Security Deposit – $500, returned within 14 days after checkout (minus a 2% processing fee), provided no damages are found.
