Milo’s Beach Bungalow is a beautifully renovated, pet-friendly, 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat just steps from scenic 30A. Guests enjoy the use of two bicycles—complimentary for the duration of their stay. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this home caters to both people and pets.

The inviting living room features a plush sleeper sofa (accommodating two guests), a large flat-screen TV, a faux fireplace, and a selection of games for rainy afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, along with every cooking essential imaginable, including a blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.

Amenities include a dedicated dog potty station with a whimsical light-up fire hydrant, a covered pergola with ample seating, a putting green, and a brand-new gas grill. The second bedroom features twin bunk beds, while the third includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and ample storage. A spacious guest bath completes the second floor.
Special touches for pets include complimentary treats, a basket of toys, food and water bowls for all sizes, and a “dog photo wall” where guests can add a Polaroid of their pup to commemorate their stay (and take home a copy). A Roomba is provided for easy cleanup after sandy beach days.
