Start making memories today that will last a lifetime! 374 Gulfview Circle is a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to eleven. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, lovely details throughout the interior and exterior of the home will entice you into the expansive space. Gorgeous flooring, luxurious finishes, and beautifully decorated rooms are intentionally fashioned for comfort and relaxation, highlighting an open-concept living space ready to accommodate a crowd. Convene in the living room for movie night or at the sizeable breakfast bar with seating for four. Prepare snacks or three-course meals in the fully appointed kitchen and gather to enjoy them in the dining room around the large dining table brimming with natural light. A bedroom, full bathroom, and half bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the second floor houses a foosball table the whole family will enjoy! In addition, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, a guest suite with a queen-sized bed, and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle! The outdoor area was nice, but there were no chairs outside, so bring your own to enjoy sitting outback in the morning or evening. The kitchen had enough of the basic dishes, pot, and pans that it was easy to prepare meals. We opted to bring paper plates and bowls so we spent less time washing. The pool is very close and it was comfortable to be in, and the outside temperature was in the mid 70s. The only challenge was the driveway was on a steep incline and there is no street parking, so it was tight. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this home. Our stay was overall excellent except for 3 days dealing with our key code not working and trying to convince management that something was wrong with the key pad. Having to leave a window unlocked so someone could climb back in to the house so we could enter. Understanding it was July 4th when management finally understood we needed a locksmith. 😩 ##### Charlotte H. Within an hour of my letting Scenic Stays know, there was a technician on site to repair the unit. This required a replacement of a thermostat and a fan within the AC unit. I also alerted the staff of a missing coffee pot and there was one on our front porch the next morning. I was very impressed with the service we received.
