Golf Carts NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. If your home has a golf cart, that serves as your one allowable golf cart. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing. Parking Bikini Bottom has designated parking for up to 3 guest vehicles. Two in the driveway and one in front of the garage. Vehicles are not allowed in the garage. WaterColor will only issue one parking pass per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
