The golf cart was handy, but trying to park in seaside was a nightmare. The parking for the golf cart at the beach was also a nightmare because it was hard to find a parking space. The bikes would have been great, but again too far to ride them anywhere, other than the neighborhood. The community pool was lovely, but get there early because there are very few lounge chairs available. Overall the house was nice, but if you want to be close to the beach, this isn’t the place to stay unless you pack up your car or golf cart everyday and try and find a parking spot. ##### Louissa L. It was exactly as described and the pictures were spot on. Beautiful home and lovely location. The golf cart was an added bonus and was our mode of travel everyday. Short trip to the beach and good for parking close to the beach entry. We discovered the outside shower the day before we left. They show a pristine listing but in reality this can be compared to the cleanliness of a fraternity house after a big party. Every room felt dirty. The trash hadn’t been taken out for a long time, outlets don’t work, chairs and couches were damaged and not able to hold any weight. Every piece of furniture had stains on them, especially the couch and dining area. Fans don’t work. The grill was a single person grill (10 person house) and the gas grill had no propane and had a rat trap sitting right next to it. Bath tub couldn’t drain fast enough for the shower so you had to stand in your own dirty water. Nice location though ##### Josh Y. Our trip was dedicated to our daughter's high school graduation! She invited her "tribe" to join us and it was amazing! We had one issue with the golf cart, but that was an easy phone call and fixed the next day! I will tell you that if you are a light sleeper this is not the house for you. The family that stayed downstairs heard everything, but mostly the feet that walked with purpose to the restroom in the night or the "quiet" runners that left every morning! LOL!
