Come relax in our beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom second floor condo in the gated community of The Villages at Blue Mountain Beach located just off 30A. The Village is a charming community with beautiful sidewalks great for walking or riding bikes, and offers a large community pool and fitness center to its guests. The gorgeous emerald beaches are just a stroll, bike, golf cart ride or drive away. Visit the great restaurants, music, and shops in Blue Mountain Beach or hop on your bikes and cruise down the beautiful bike paths along 30A to neighboring communities such as Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside, and Dune Allen! Outlets are even just a 15 minute drive away! This location can’t be beat!

Our beach condo is like your home away from home with newly updated flooring in all 4 spacious bedrooms (all with their own TV), quiet patio, stocked kitchen and even games for the whole family to enjoy. We've also included two beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and beach towels for guest use during your stay. After a day of fun at the beach and pool, cozy up on the couch for a movie on the Blu-ray player or Netflix. Don't forget to try a scrumptious dessert at Blue Mountain Creamery just down the street! You won't want to miss it!

The 30A Getaway is in the perfect location! My husband and so stayed with my parents and 2 aunts for a family wedding. It is close to the beach, activities, and an easy walk to restaurants and a short drive to the great Blue Mountain Creamery. It’s very clean and quiet, with a cute little deck. The beds were comfy. There’s lots of space to spread out and we appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The host, Erin, was very prompt with responses and help.

We'll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this location and we'll definitely be booking again (probably for next year)! I do wish there was more parking at the beach access down the road, but we would just go down and park early to drop stuff off and walk back or our friends would scoop us up until we wer ready to crash on the beach for the day. The community is so nice too!

Excellent time

I’ve been going to 30A for over 10 years and have never stayed east of Watercolor - I will only be staying in Blue Mountain Beach from now on. Perfect location, short bike ride to Grayton and Dune Allen, and a great walk to the beach. The community pool was great and had lots of chairs. The beds were super comfortable, and the rental had a ton of beach stuff. You could use some more utensils since they may have been lost over time. Overall a great rental.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and the location was really convenient. I loved the privacy, but also loved that it was around several shops and restaurants. Blue Mountain beach was beautiful! The only complaint I would have is that it got a little warm upstairs, and there were no dish towels or rags. Other than that, I would highly recommend. Hope to be back soon!

Our First Santa Rosa visit

The condo is very nice and I would recommend this unit if you are coming to this area for renting. The grounds are well kept, clean, nice big pool and surrounding area. I suggest having the front bedroom AC checked as the family members staying in that room complained about it being really hot at night. The only problem we had is if you are looking for a relaxing day at the beach good luck finding a spot. All of the beaches are considered private and only a small area considered public for you to use. We drove around one day almost 2 hours trying to find a spot to park and set up to end up heading back to the condo and pool. I've never experienced dealing with private beaches! It was very frustrating.

Condo was wonderful but…

The condo, area, pool was great! No complaints! The beach situation however was a hot mess. The public beach spot was the size of my back yard. You can’t even rent one of the ghost chairs because they aren’t available for rent to the Village renters. So if you don’t care to spend time on the beach you’re good but if you do better get there at 6am to set up.

A peaceful getaway!

The condo is in a nice spot. Close to one of the pools and little coffee shop and ice cream shop. Very quiet, beds are comfortable even the pillows were very comfortable. The hosts is very nice and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend this place to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway.

Felt right at home!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It’s spacious, clean, cute decor. Kitchen fully stocked, enough towels and bathing clothes. Toiletries were plenty. There are tons of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect. Pool was phenomenal, beautiful neighborhood, gated community, gym, the kids loved the shuffle board. I worked on the patio every day, even when it rained. There were restaurants within walking distance, an ice cream shop and the coffee shop were all great! Erin was the most responsive host we have ever have. Response within minutes and never over a few hours. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return as her guest next year.

Property was immaculate, well stocked. Grateful there were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Had trouble with TV one night but owner responded immediately and sent someone to fix first thing next morning. I’d recommend it highly to anyone! A+ property!

Condo notes Early check in was a nice surprise! Good: Plenty of space for my family. Good parking. Beds are comfortable. Bad: Half the Outlets under the night stands in the downstairs master bedroom don’t work. So you have to pick between using the lamps or charging your cellphones. Downstairs master bedroom door won’t lock. Patio lights don’t work. Beach cart has a broken wheel making it hard for anyone to pull. Half the back pack straps on the beach chairs are ripped or broken. Gym access is later than I had hoped. Roaches crawling on floor in kitchen and living room area.

Fantastic Property

Family vacation

We had never been to Santa Rosa before and I will say we will be back. The walk was little much with children but once we figured out how to get parking at Public beach it went great. The property manager very easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of… would recommend this place to anyone

The property was great. We enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for a group of 9, a nice pool and walking distance to coffee and ice cream shops. If planning to go to the beach every day, I would recommend renting a golf cart.
