If you're traveling with kids, there are just a few things to keep in mind and consider bringing with! There is no security from the pool (I.e door alarms, baby gates, etc) which is a must for us so we picked up a few baby gates during our stay. There are also no extra linens- so if you're bringing an air mattress for a child or have a pop up crib, you'll need to bring your own linens. Extra linens would have also been nice for chilly nights when the thin provided blankets just didn't suffice. The house was nice, beds comfortable. The 2 bedrooms facing 331 had significant road noise that bothered us at night. The house was fine for what we need it for and clean. My only suggestion is to be clear on what is provided for you, they are very specific such as 2 rolls of TP per bathroom. It ended up being fine for our 3 night stay but I could see it being an issue for longer. The ice maker on the fridge did not work, I emailed and got what seemed to be an automated response that they would notify maintenance (pretty much knew at that point that nothing would be done). There was no instructions for the password for wifi. Probably wouldn’t choose for a week long vacation. ##### Lindsay S. The house was everything we needed and wanted for our families! Just a few minutes to drive to the beach and the pool in the back yard was amazing. \*They DO have a pack n play if it is needed. Jul 22, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Great location and pool/ outdoor area The home is in a great location and is close to the beach, restaurants and shops and also just a quick drive to other 30A cities. We had a wonderful time! The home is comfortable and beautiful with an outstanding outdoor pool and space that we took full advantage of during our stay. It is nitpicking, but the only feedback to offer that would have made our stay just a smidgen more perfect: -Bikes or golf carts included (we rented bikes on our own) -A few more bath towels to minimize the need to launder those often too (we had a 10 day stay). -Instructions for each TV and which remotes do what for each TV. -The kitchen wine refrigerator would not chill below 50 degrees. -Leave info about the trash service (we thought we needed to take the cans out to the street but were not sure on which day). We called and found out someone handles that. -Leave info on the pool service (we didn't know someone came to clean the pool on Fridays until we called) Thank you for a wonderful stay! ##### Tamara R. (4 and 1 year olds) The house was spacious, allowing everyone to have privacy, but intimate enough to allow us to enjoy time together. It's a super quick (5 mins) commute to multiple beaches and the Santa Rosa Beach hot spots. I was impressed by the interior design, spacious rooms, balconies and it's stocked with every cooking utensil you could possibly imagine. I loved that we had ample parking.
