We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! • We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. • No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. • Bikes are provided at no extra cost - guests must care for the bikes and lock them when parked. Guests will be financially responsible for damage or theft. We recommend using all safety gear including helmets and follow the rules of the road. There will be no discounts if some or all bikes are not available. • All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes. • Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 12 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated. \*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher.
