A l'accueil, il faut rester debout, pas de chaise pour s'assoire, même si l'on est handicapé où il pleut à l'extérieur, il faut trouver une solution. « The receptionist took our call to cancel the forst nights reservation, but forgot. Expedia (the real Hotels.com) automatically cancelled our reservation due to no show. So when we finally arrived next day we lost the room reservation. Marriot personell were completely indifferent to our situation. Expedia was totally unavailable by phone or online to help. So we were charged for one night we didn't use. We ended up finding another non Marriot hotel in the area. »

"La chambre était moyene, le café le matin à 10h il est debarassé donc il faut aller en ville. A l'accueil, il faut rester debout, pas de chaise pour s'assoire, même si l'on est handicapé où il pleut à l'extérieur, il faut trouver une solution. Je suis déçu que le personnel ne soit pas agréable pour répondre à ce genre de questions."

"Sans doute le pire hôtel de toute ma vie par sa saleté, son hygiène… Vous avez l’impression que le personnel de réception se moque de vous et que le personnel de chambre est inexistant. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale de toute ma vie. J’ai payé 88$ pour ça ! Je vais faire un scandale pour me faire rembourser auprès de hôtels.com car je voyage énormément et je suis scandalisé qu’un hôtel pareil soit référencé ! On avait déjà demandé à changer de chambre car la première sentait trop la drogue…. Enfin bref… une honte d’oser louer des chambres comme ça…"

"J’avais de grandes attentes sur cet hôtel déjà vu le prix. On paie pour la vue c’est tout. C’est au bord de la Highway 1 , de l’autoroute 101\. Et pour couronner le tout le passage du train qui siffle !! On a l’impression de dormir sur la route tellement c’est mal insonoriser. Ne prenez pas petit déjeuné compris car c’est light un croissant un bol de céréales et soit un café soit un jus et si vous voulez du salé vous payez en plus Pas très propre non plus. Les encadrements de portes collaient et les fenêtres pas faites depuis un bon bout de temps. "
