"The house was set back on the property which wasn’t what we thought but it is a 13 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the Channel Island Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Ventura Harbor Village. So much to do around the location. House was beautiful inside and accommodated our family. Fire pit wasn’t hooked up but we enjoyed the views from the top and the lights around it made it comfortable. Would recommend for sure!"

Things it needs, in my opinion: beach towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, a shower rug, dishwasher detergent. The property manager was very nice and responded in a timely manner.
