About this space  
Welcome to Sunset by the Ocean! A brand-new 1 bedroom/1 bath studio located in the exclusive Reserva del Mar Beach Resort, 15 mins from the Airport, 7 minutes from main Rodadero Beach. Sit back, relax, and enjoy ocean and mountain views plus private access to the beach!  
  
Perfect for couples and families. Fully stocked kitchen, A/C, washer, smart TV, fast speed Wi-Fi.  
  
Adult and children pools, jacuzzies, gym, mini-golf, mini-soccer, beach volleyball, spa, yoga studio, restaurants, bar and more.  
  
The space  
The apartment is furnished to accommodate 4 guests: a double bed, a semi double bed, and a pull-out single bed. The light blocking curtains and Japanese panels provide additional shade from the sun.  
  
There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar chairs, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances, to include a blender, sandwich maker, bread toaster, and coffee maker.  
  
The balcony has a view of the mountains and the ocean, there you will find 2 sun beds and a dining table for 4.  
  
Guest access  
Before granting access, all guests MUST be registered prior to arrival. This is resort policy. Registration is made ONLY by the host. Physical passports / identification cards will be requested upon checking in at the lobby for all guests. Please provide this information several days ahead of your arrival so that host can properly complete registration. Failure to provide this information ahead of time will cause significant delays during your check-in.  
  
\*\*\* If making same day reservation, please send the following information to the host IMMEDIATELY after you make the reservation: complete names and document numbers for all guests, main guest's current address, phone number, and email address, reason for trip (vacation, work), and vehicle information if using the parking (license plate, year, make and model) \*\*\*  
  
The resort charges $54,600 Colombian Pesos per stay for each person over the age of 9. You will pay this directly to reception during your check in. You will receive a wristband that you will need to wear at all times. \*\* Please note, it is important that you do not lose the wristband as the resort will charge for a replacement \*\*  
  
IMPORTANT: If you are traveling with children under 7 years old, remember to bring a civil registry or passport of the child showing parenthood. If you are traveling with a minor that is not your child, in addition to the above documents, you must show a power of attorney specifying the parents' permission for the minor to travel with you.  
  
Other things to note  
Please keep in mind, the host cannot control any outages (e.g., power, water) that may occur in the building or the city. We will do everything we can to find you alternate accommodation or offer refund for a portion of the unused stay should any of these outages are in the apartment and ARE the responsibility of the host.  
  
The apartment is located at a resort in front of the beach. We rarely have issues with noise due to being on the 18th floor, but it is worth noting that while the resort administration can control noise or altercations inside the resort, neither they nor the host can control noise (e.g., loud music) outside the resort. Nevertheless, if there are extreme noises disturbing guests, please contact the front desk to notify.  
  
It is the guest’s responsibility to read all information provided about the apartment and the resort prior to booking. If you haven’t done so, please read through the entire listing to ensure you understand the rules and and are better prepared prior to your arrival.
