Pros: Der Gastgeber war supernett, er hat uns bei jeder Anfrage sofort weitergeholfen. Er hat uns unverhofft die Wohnung im Obergeschoss angeboten, dafür sind wir ihm bis heute sehr dankbar (hatten ja eigentlich die abgebildete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses angemietet). Die Lage ist spitze, nur 50m vom Strand entfernt, zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse mit einem Traumblick auf's Meer ist mega groß und bietet einen schönen, großen Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen. Außerdem stehen 2 bequeme Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Die Markise bietet einen schönen Sonnenschutz. Nach hinten raus gibt es ebenfalls eine Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, ein Highlight ist der sehr geräumige Kühlschrank mit einem sehr großem Gefrierfach! Das ist natürlich super wichtig in einem warmen Land. Arbeiten über WLAN war ebenfalls problemlos möglich, was für mich sehr wichtig war. Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Monat gemietet, deshalb war auch die Waschmaschine und Bügelmöglichkeit super. Cons: Wir waren zwar sehr dankbar, dass wir unverhofft im Obergeschoss wohnen durften aufgrund der super großen Terrasse mit Meerblick. Aber ein paar Dinge sollten nachgebessert werden: die Küche ist uralt, nicht sauber und braucht eine ordentliche Grundreinigung. Auch das ganze Equipment in der Küche sollte auf Tauglichkeit gecheckt werden, da ist einiges kaputt, wie z.B. kaputte Griffe an Pfannen oder Aufbewahrungsboxen mit gerissenen Böden etc. Generell sollte bei der Reinigung auf Gründlichkeit in der ganzen Wohnung geachtet werden. Wir haben erstmal vieles selbst geputzt, als wir eingezogen sind. Am Gasherd funktionierten 2 Platten nicht und der Backofen brauchte ewig, um aufzuheizen. Im Badezimmer steht zwar ein Bidet, konnte aber nicht genutzt werden, es kam kein Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn. Auf der hinteren Terrasse sind die Möbel nach unserem Empfinden reif für den Sperrmüll.
