The Murero villa, located in the municipality of Santa Margalida, is a charming holiday villa in the north of Mallorca with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, ideal for families and groups seeking tranquillity, comfort and authenticity in a natural setting. Built with Mallorcan natural stone, the property preserves the traditional character of the island, combining it with spacious, bright and functional spaces that guarantee a comfortable stay throughout the year. Interior layout The villa is distributed over two floors: On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area that integrates the kitchen, living room and dining room into a single space, perfect for sharing moments in a group. On this floor, there are two bathrooms, one interior and one exterior, the latter especially practical for use of the pool and outdoor areas. On the upper floor are located the four bedrooms, all designed for rest, and a full bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for families with children. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms, ensuring cool nights in summer, and WiFi connection throughout the property. Exterior areas The exterior of Villa Murero is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The property has a private swimming pool, lawn area, terrace, sun loungers, barbecue (BBQ) and ping-pong table, offering multiple leisure and relaxation options for both adults and children. From the dwelling, pleasant views of the garden and swimming pool are enjoyed, creating a calm and private atmosphere. Location and Environment The villa is located in a quiet area of Santa Margalida near Son Serra de Marina, surrounded by nature. The sea is approximately 3 km away, and from the house itself, you can take a beautiful walk to the beach, passing by the Son Serra church and crossing the Rancho Grande and Son Real estates, an ideal route for those who enjoy outdoor walks and the Mallorcan rural environment. Moreover, the property is located approximately 45 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport and just a few minutes by car from some of the best beaches in the north of the island, known for their fine sand and crystal-clear waters.
