### CAN CALAFAT - Villa with private pool near the beach. Free WiFi

Welcome to this lovely country house in the beautiful area of Can Picafort, with capacity for 4 people and only 900 metres from the beach.  
You won't regret spending a well-deserved holiday in this peaceful villa. The exteriors are great; there is a large terrace at the front of the house to enjoy a good breakfast, and a furnished porch perfect for a barbecue. The private swimming pool is made of salt and measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m to 1.90 m. On the terrace you will find six sun beds and 1 sun umbrella for sunbathing, as well as a bathroom with shower for your comfort. Children will enjoy playing in the natural garden with different fruit trees. There is a chicken coop on the plot and the owner always takes care of his animals. And best of all, you can use the eggs for cooking.  
  
This one storey house features a spacious living room with satellite TV where you can lie and relax on the sofa and a rustic dining room with a fireplace and a TV set to watch something interesting while having a family lunch. The renewed kitchen, despite is size, has everything you need to cook, like a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge and an electric stove. There are two bedrooms -with a double bed, AC and a closet each, and one with direct access to the garden- and one shower bathroom. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are also 3 fans available.  
  
This house is perfect for those searching peace and for the beach lovers since the beach is only 900 metres away. You can have a long walk along the promenade of Can Picafort, have a coffee or a home-made ice-cream. In addition, you can take an excursion boat to Formentor ( every day there are boats in the summer). You will find a wide range of shops in the city centre, as well as bars, restaurants and a children playground. The street market takes place on Fridays. If you son't feel like going to the beach, you can explore other areas or villages like the centre of Alcudia or Pollensa, or viist the Natural Park of S'Albuera, the Caves in Campanet or the water park in Alcudia.

Points faibles : Propreté

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Aussenbereich gut aber ungepflegt. Die Hälfte aller Glühbirnen war defekt, wir haben Ersatz besorgt. Die Türen zur Terrasse waren nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand zu öffnen. Bei Starkregen drang Wasser zwischen Bad und Esszimmer ein. Das Aussenbad war eine äußerste Katastrophe, ca 12 Meter groß und total verdreckt und verrostet. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, wurde aber schnell repariert. Das Geschirr wurde trotzdem nicht sauber. Der Pool wurde nur einmal gereinigt. Durch lose Fliesen gab es Stolperfallen im Garten.Im Innenbad gab es Schimmelbildung über der Tür. Die gleiche Bewertung ist an homerti gegangen. Aufgrund des desolaten Zustand bitten wir um eine angemessene Entschädigung. Gruß Andreas Wenk

It is a very nice house but I will preferred to book directly with the owner as at the end of the booking the price was charged and I didn't receive all the deposit back with the reason that is exchange rate. Very nice and polite owner it is poor that they will lose business because of agent. Never books with Villaflanca
