Property Summary  
At Diagonal Villa, you will find a very large and beautifully renovated property in Santa Margalida, Spain. Boasting a swimming pool, yard, and internet WiFi, it offers an ideal vacation rental or holiday rental for up to 12 adults. The villa is situated in a quiet, sunny residential area of the resort, just 600 meters from the sea.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features an inviting outdoor space with a private garden that includes a lawn and wildlife garden. The angular swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, depth 100-170 cm) is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The pool is maintained by the owner or gardener.  
  
Other Information  
Within the villa, you can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning. Nearby, there is a supermarket located 800 meters away, restaurants and bars within 300 meters, a pedestrian zone 450 meters away, and a bicycle rental shop 800 meters from the property. The center of the town is just a 20-minute walk away, and the bus stop "Son Baulo (55043)" is 300 meters away. The ferry terminal "Port Alcúdia" is 13 kilometers away.

The sandy beach "Playa de Son Bauló" is conveniently located 600 meters from the villa. Sports enthusiasts can find a sports harbor 1 kilometer away and a golf course (18 holes) within 15 kilometers. Nearby attractions include Port Alcúdia-Son Serra-Santa Margarita, Palma de Mallorca (53 kilometers), Hidropark Aquatic Park (11 kilometers), Mallorca Fashion Outlet & Cinemas (45 kilometers), Finca Pública Son Real, Parc Natural de Farrutx, and S'Albufera de Mallorca for hiking enthusiasts. Note that there is an airfield located 60 kilometers from the property.

The villa spans over two levels and features a 7-room layout with a total area of 400 square meters, making it suitable for accommodating up to 12 adults. The lower level comprises a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning/heating system. Additionally, there is a large double bedroom with two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, digital TV, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning/heating system, with direct access to the patio. The kitchen/living area is open-plan, featuring an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table. This area also leads out to the patio and swimming pool area, and there is a shower room with a toilet.  
  
The upper floor houses four large double bedrooms, each with two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), a hand basin, shower room, toilet, satellite TV, digital TV, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning/heating system. These bedrooms have access to balconies. Additionally, there is another large double bedroom with two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), a bathroom with a toilet and hand basin, satellite TV, digital TV, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning/heating system. The villa features a total of four balconies, a patio, and a porch.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, private patios, satellite TV, heating available, a microwave, and multiple televisions. The maximum capacity of the villa is 12 adults, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The villa has been fully renovated and features modern and practical furnishings. The outdoor areas include terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs, and a covered balcony. Additional facilities provided are a dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and hair dryers. Internet access is available through a free WiFi connection. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a fire extinguisher is present on-site. The mentioned swimming pool is for private use by guests staying at the villa.
