It offers a well-kept garden of 1,000 m2, fenced with a lawn, wildlife garden, and orchard. The property features a seasonal swimming pool (7 x 3 m, available from April 1st to October 31st), an outdoor shower, and parking for two cars on the premises. La Cerisaie is a perfect vacation rental for those seeking a tranquil countryside experience.

Enjoy the private and well-maintained 1,000 m2 garden, which is fenced and features a beautiful lawn, a wildlife garden, and an orchard. Soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool (7 x 3 m, available from April 1st to October 31st). The outdoor shower provides added convenience, allowing you to rinse off after a day spent enjoying the garden or nearby beach.

This room provides direct access to the veranda and the swimming pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a small dining table and an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes. The kitchen leads to a terrace. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with a toilet. The upper level contains a lounge with satellite TV and a DVD player, along with three bedrooms: one with a bed and a French bed, one with a French bed, and one with two bunk beds. There is also a shower room with a toilet on the upper floor.

The amenities included in this vacation property are a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodation (maximum of 2 pets/dogs allowed), a fireplace, a private patio, satellite TV, heating available, a microwave, and a television.
