"LOS DESAYUNOS TODOS LOS DÍAS FUERON LO MISMO TODO IGUAL POR 4 DÍAS COMER LA MISMA COMIDA PSS NO , EL PAN ESTUVO DURO EN EL DIA SIGUIENTE CREO ERA EL MISMO DEL DIA ANTERIOR LA LIMPIÉZA DEL CUARTO ESTUVO BIEN. PERO MUY MAL SERVICIO LAS SUITES NO CUENTAN CON REFRI NI CON MICROONDAS ENCARGUE HIELO Y JAMÁS ME LLEGO LOS CURTOS ESTÁN VIEJOS EL BAÑO TIENE MOHO Y EN LA ESQUÍNA ARRIBA 👆 ESTABA DAÑADO EL TECHO DEL BAÑO 🛀 EL LOBBY SÚPER CALIENTE NO HAY AC NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR DEJÉ UNA NIEVE Q LA IBAN A PONER EN EL CONGELADOR LA NIEVE ESTABA DERRETIDA AL MOMENTO Q SE ENTREGÓ "

"Súper mal experiencia, llegó haciendo check-in me entregan la tarjeta de habitación voy y entro y veo que esa habitación esta una toalla en una silla ahí a plena vista y pense que no habian hecho la habitación y a como voy entrando a la habitación mi sorpresa 😮 un hombre acostado en la cama, mi hijo y yo salimos inmediatamente me moleste mucho con el de front desk al darme una habitación ya ocupada, les dije lo que paso y voltea a ver a la compañera y dice ah es la habitación que no encontrábamos y ya me dieron otra habitación, no hubo más explicacion, pero que tal si mi hijo y yo veíamos algo más o que se yo! Fue una super mal experiencia, apesar que la anterior vez me trataron super bien como cliente vip y ahora todo lo contrario y otro punto aparté siempre es un relajo la gente azotando puertas las de limpieza igual en las mañanas, muy limpio y bonito pero la cuestión de personal super mal capacitada. Trate de hablar con el gerente pero no pude encontrarlo. Mi concejo es tocar la puerta de la habitación antes de entrar antes de que les pase lo mismo que ami y mas si llevan familia mucho cuidado!!!!"

"I am very satisfied with the Hotel Inn Plaza del Ángel. It is in the center of the city and still it's all quiet in there. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the air-conditioning altogether made it a beautiful place and a restful stay. I highly recommend HOTEL INN PLAZA del ÁNGEL."
