### Water Street Residence B: Located just 400 feet from the Plaza!

Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, looking to do some hiking, shopping, or being an art or history connoisseur, you cannot find a better or more luxurious place to enjoy all the excitement and opportunities Santa Fe has to offer than the Water Street Residences. These vacation rentals are located in a downtown historic landmark building located just 450 feet from the famous Santa Fe Plaza. These are split-level homes located upstairs from the well-known local store Doodlet's and across the street from world-renowned businesses such as Cafe Pasqual's, Market Steer Steakhouse (Hotel St. Francis), and Coyote Cantina and Cafe.  
  
Originally built in the early 1870s, this was a very significant building that was transformed first into a hotel in order to attract guests traveling through Santa Fe on the new western railroad. This building sits within Santa Fe's Historic District and has had a multitude of prior uses such as a hotel, laundromat, and cobbler's shop. It has since been renovated into retail on the ground floor and residential on the second and third floors.  
  
This amazing unit is located in downtown Santa Fe, and therefore some basic street noise can be expected, but we do have white noise applications on the televisions if needed. There is one free parking pass provided that gives you parking access in the lot just across the street.

Our stay at Water Street Residence was ideal. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the Plaza and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. It provided the perfect base for exploring Sante Fe. Check in and check out were effortless and communication with management was prompt and clear.

#### Way too noisy at night

The apartment is modern and well appointed just as it appears in the pictures. The location is wonderful during the day but gets loud and sometimes scary after midnight (weekdays and weekends) with cars and motorcycles and loud music. We thought we were going to have to call the police one night when two men started screaming at each other from 1:17 am to 1:30 am just outside our windows. If I was the owner I would get the neighbors together and demand that the police patrol the area late at night because it sounds like a block party. The Coyote Cafe across the street closes at 9 pm so it's not them. A white noise machine won't solve the problem.

#### Santa Fe Retreat

This property and the location cannot be beat! Lots of space, perfect for two couples with a combination of shared and private spaces. You are steps to the plaza and all the best galleries and restaurants. I think it would be good to have an actual parking space reserved, the reserved placard only works if there is a space available which sometimes is not the case. Loved it and would rent again!

#### Santa Fe Couple Getaway

Water Street unit B is a great place to meet up with friends for 5 days. Rooms are huge and beds are very nice. Walking to the plaza or anywhere was easy. St. France’s hotel and bar is across the street. Very nice cocktails. Parking your car in the corner packing lot was challenging during certain time of the day after being gone. Once you go through the front door of building, there are 16 stair steps. Taking Lounge up and down was not easy. Inside, to bedrooms, are 19 steps. But it is great exercise! At the store buy paper products for the kitchen. On a Saturday night Water Street is very busy long into the night. We slept great and had everything we wanted around us.

This place was wonderful! It was very lux (nice furnishing, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, extra towels, etc). It was very easy to communicate with the property management. #### Large Oasis in the Square

This property is GORGEOUS! And since you're right on the square, it's easy to duck in whenever you need a break and you have plenty of room to relax. The pictures are indeed accurate and every amenity is included. Can't wait to return!

#### Great location for Santa Fe

This property is the perfect place to stay for visiting Santa Fe. It is around the corner from the plaza and easy walking to all of the sites. The unit is super clean, which was very important to us. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It was lovely, and check in and out was a breeze.

#### Perfect Location to enjoy Indian Market

Overall it’s a beautiful property. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Close to the Plaza and restaurants everywhere. Shopping was super convenient. The only setback was that the elevator was not in service. Taking suitcases up stairs was cumbersome. Otherwise the perfect stay.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Santa Fe. The property was perfect for 4 women over 40. Only suggestions would be to add a few blankets on the sofa downstairs. Recommendations for grocery and alcohol delivery services
