This is a spacious, luxury property in prime location, 3 min from SF Plaza, 6 min to Ten Thousand Waves, 25 min from Ski Santa Fe! House has 4 full bathrooms, ideal for guests looking to share a spacious home & enjoy privacy. Formal dining area seats 10+ people. Located on 1.6 acres, partially fenced yard. Popular activities in SF is hiking and mountain biking in the summer, skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Guests will receive a rental agreement upon booking that includes detailed information about our house rules and helpful guidebooks to enhance their stay. The host is readily available to answer any questions and can be reached via phone calls or text through the host/guest chat. The neighborhood has a few houses on the same street but have plenty of distance in between, the property sits on 1.7acres with a fence around. Each bedroom is large with suite style rooms off each bedroom. The pantry and frig was stocked with many items for a family with young kids. It was presented nicely as well. A lot of rentals simply throw everything into a cabinet and let you fend for you yourself. Our kids had plenty to hold them over until our group could get to a store. The checkout process was above average. The checkout instructions didn't require an entire list of cleaning items to perform. That made it easy.
