The outdoor areas are very peaceful and private. We used the front and back areas quite often and grilled on two occasions on the nice Weber grill.The location is perfect for walking to the galleries and there is plenty of parking for 3 vehicles without having to move any of them to pull out.There are only a few negatives. 1\. There is no actual coffee pot, you have to use the french press. 2\. There is no microwave. 3\. Backing out of the driveway can be a challenge if you've got bike racks on the back of your vehicle. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many must-visit places. Every room is clean and beautifully decorated with art on the walls and tables. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, seating, and en suite bathrooms with L'Occitane products. We only had limited time to spend enjoying one of several comfy outdoor seating areas due to weather and our schedule. The property manager was easy to reach and pleasant when we got lost due to entering the wrong address into our navigation app. Due to the multi-level layout (4 steps up/down to the den and second bedroom plus a couple of steps up to the main house), this would be a wonderful spot for a family without little ones or for a group of adult friends. The decor inside and out was impeccable. The kitchen was well appointed with room enough for us to all contribute with preparing snacks. We were able to hook up our laptops to the large screen TV, and share family pictures. The grill was like new. The luxurious beds with private bathrooms were welcoming at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this property for adults who want to share time together in a lovely setting. There is also a lot to see in the area.
