We had my son and his wife with 3 children and my adult daughter, and we had plenty of space for all of us. It was very comfortable. We were disappointed that we couldn't have a fire on the patio as we were looking forward to sitting around it on a cooler evening. Also, the previous guest had left a filled poo bag and cushions that had been peed on. Property Management never answered my email so we just didn't use that part. I’m pretty sure our favorite spot was the outdoor patio as we love to eat outside. It was wonderful to walk to the nearby park and walk the trail. This home provided a base to return to from the many sightseeing activities we explored. Truly the only frustrating thing was we were provided one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per person for 7 nights. Additional washcloths were sent over after we questioned if that was normal. I have read some other reviews with the same issue. Think it would be gracious of the host to arrive and have extra bath linens provided and available for guests. Overall we loved the home and enjoyed our stay. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 2 days after an unseasonable blizzard went through Santa Fe. The houses furnaces were not operating and the steps were not cleared off. Holly did have someone come late the next day to fix the furnaces and clean stairs. However, the furnace was set to a timer to 59 degrees at 8PM. We could not get the heat to go higher. Very uncomfortable. There was clean rugs in dryer not set out. The Roko needed charged and many batteries needed changed. The place was clean and location very good.
