It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with queen. And 3 large full bathrooms, one of which is "spa" quality. Plenty of good quality sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. The house is clean; plenty of outside seating; good TVs. It is close enough to the plaza to easily walk, and you could even walk to Canyon Rd if you were ambitious. On the downsides: There is limited living space with one large living room, a kitchen with bar seating, and a utility room with a table. So no dedicated eating or work space. The outdoor area is large but there is no shade. There are no views of the mountains, either from the house or outside. And the staircase is treacherous, narrow, steep, and uneven. The patio was wonderful. The yard and trees kept it cool. We walked to town several times a day. Ample parking. Nice to have use of a charger for our e-cars.
