It has modern decor, modern appliances (dishwasher, nice refrigerator and w/d) a nice kitchen with all of the essentials, two porches with seating, comfy beds, comfy living area, very clean, quiet (beautiful) street. The house is located about a mile from the heart of downtown Santa Fe and has very easy access to all parts of the city. We walked everywhere in town. It was overall an easy, comfortable place to stay. A lot of thought went into providing essentials such as scissors, and eco-friendly laundry detergent etc. We appreciated these little details, not all owners consider these types of conveniences. We really loved our walks to and from the house daily - it is located in a neighborhood where homeowners care for their homes and surroundings. ##### Donna G.
