As soon as you step inside this classic adobe home, you'll be greeted by polished stucco walls in vibrant southwest colors. The interior design features classic and contemporary artwork from local Native American artists. Antique and modern furnishings accent the rustic luxury of Santa Fe’s signature style. The spacious living area features ample natural light and large windows that frame stunning vistas. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for culinary enthusiasts, offering open counter space, specialized appliances, classic dishware, and all the amenities needed for in-home dining and entertaining.

This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.  
NO FIRES ALLOWED, during May-October.  
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle; 2 vehicles upon request.  
This home is comprised of two unites with a shared wall. Only one unit is available through VACASA (back house). The front unit is not rented, and at times owner occupied.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
  
  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Wonderful visit to DayBreak Star Adobe home

Stayed 6 days in this peaceful home with lovely mountain views and well equipped kitchen in mid-August. The hummingbird feeder was outstanding with so many visits and the apricots on the trees at the entrance were so numerous that they were given away for free. So relaxing that my friend said she didn’t want to go anywhere else. But it was still so easy to run into Santa Fe for a concert or meal. Most Memorable and must visit again!

Close enough to Santa Fe but away from the crowds. The place was clean, well stocked, and our home base for Santa Fe adventures.
