Located in an intimate four unit complex in Santa Fe’s vibrant Railyard district, this home features travertine tile floors, all hard-trowel diamond plaster finished walls, substantial vigas, and tall ceilings. LIVING AREA The flexible living room features a large and comfortable sectional couch, a glass coffee table, and two additional seats. The TV can be concealed inside the armor for a technology-free gathering space. A kiva fireplace is in the corner for additional ambiance shared by both the living and dining space. KITCHEN AND DINING The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef. The large dining table seats six. BED AND BATH The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom in the hallway. OUTDOOR SPACE The patio features outdoor dining for six, and a large outdoor cooking space with a built-in gas grill. It really was perfect for 5 of us to have room to ourselves but plenty of open space to gather together. It was a great location to walk to most attractions and it was very quiet.
