Enjoy a fun stay in Santa Fe at this traditional New Mexico adobe. Tasteful interior, vibrant colors, adobe walls, beams, two fireplaces ($25 cleaning fee/fp applies). In a historic village in the high desert, a 10-mn drive to the Santa Fe Plaza and restaurants, this spacious (1700SF) home can accommodate 4-6 people. High mountains, beautiful desert, clear skies. Tranquil and safe. Casa Azul on other side of house (separate entrance and patio), can be rented along Corazon. 1700SF, 2 bedrooms, a large dining room and kitchen, a cozy living room with a large screen TV + another set in Master bedroom, fast Internet, fireplaces, and a private patio, all on 1/2 acre away from the crowds. The entire house and garden. I am available if needed but otherwise, will let you enjoy the property privately. Historic village 10 mns. from Santa Fe Plaza, close to restaurants and shops (10 mn. drive), and very quiet, surrounded by rolling hills and desert vistas, with trails out the door. You will need a car to get around as the house is in the countryside. House is thoroughly cleaned between reservations (minimum 24 hours between guests) and we provide extra cleaning products to our guests. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GROUP GATHERINGS OUTSIDE OF REGISTERED GUESTS. Curfew 9pm for all outdoor areas. Also, we are allergic to dog and cat hair so have a strict no pet policy. Quiet hours due to location in a village: 10pm-8am. NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS outside of registered guests. All guests must register with host. 4 people maximum unless approved by host. Two beds are set up for your use, 1 queen, 1 king. Additional fee over 4 people and two full-size futons can be used. Please leave front door and window without a bug screen closed to prevent pests from entering. Fireplace use: if you are experienced in building fires in a fireplace, you may do so but must follow instructions. There will also be a $25 cleaning fee per fireplace to be left cash inside house for housekeeper. Do not remove the ashes, our housekeeper will do it safely after you check-out (risk of fire if disposed improperly). Please take off your shoes if they are muddy before entering the house. No candle burning anywhere in the house for safety reasons. If you have bicycles, please keep them locked in your vehicle or in the yard. No smoking, not even outside in the back or front yard due to fire hazard. No loud music in the yard or inside the house, we have neighbors and try to be respectful of their peace and quiet. Per Airbnb policy and due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow pets of any type. We are allergic to pet and cat hair, and have shared spaces (open yard) where an animal may create a safety concern for our neighbors and/or guests staying at the property next door. Please bag all your trash (we provide several trash bags for your stay but if you need more, let us know) and place in large green trash bin outside. Please no un-bagged trash as it will not be picked up by the trash removal company, and we would have to charge you for cleaning it up. Check-out time is 11 am. Any late check-out will result in a $35/hour charge. Please leave the keys where you found them, make sure all windows are closed and lock the front door on your way out. It's so convenient to downtown so you can get to the heart of the city in no time, while being remote enough to enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of nature. The property itself is quirky and has tons of charm, and we all loved a bunch of the little extras (yoga mat and space to stretch, meditate, etc, the record player and records to listen to music while cooking and eating, and all the items we needed to cook/grill when having at home nights). We also took multiple walks in the trails by the house and had some lovely sunset views. All in all, couldn't have asked for a better stay.
