Showers were hot, plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to make a fan available for use - the heating system runs so quietly, it was an adjustment not sleeping with any ambient noise. This is Fort Marcy Hotel Suites. You're also told there's a swimming pool and hot tub, but not that they're only open until 545pm ( I was told this was because the office is only open until 6pm 🙄). The condo is ok, with some dips in the upstairs floor and some sewage-smelling body wash. Overall, not quite what I signed up for, but okay. ##### Tami M. Some issues we faced were a broken a/c in one bedroom. Took 3 contacts with management until some came and confirmed it was broken.....Too late to call a repairman so they put a really noisy portable unit in for our last two nights. Another issue with the unit is the stairs are very steep and narrow. Anyone with any mobility issue should not stay here. Management and cleaning fees added 26% to the price so pay attention to the fees added on at checkout.
