The personnel is friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to help and meet all our needs. We travelled with two children and it was a great environment for them. The food was amazing and the rooms are nice. I had stayed there two other times and they keep improving. The best part is they are block from from El Zocalo and across the street from the Mercado. My husband stayed with our children while I did some shopping and I felt completely safe along going back and forth to drop off items. We did a late checkout on our checkout date and it was perfect. The only downside is that they don’t have on site parking. Parking lot is about 3 blocks away and the unloading zone is down the block but it very limited. However, I believe majority of all other hotels near there are also the same. Whenever I go back to Oaxaca I will stay at Hotel Trebol without thinking about it.
