The staff (Fiar) was extremely friendly and was available to answer any questions we had. « My flight back to JFK got canceled due to a snowstorm. We booked three nights. I travel to Aruba at least three times a year. This is my first time on the property, but it will not be my last. « I recommend this place to someone who loves privacy. We received great care from the host. We stayed in the king bedroom, which was super comfortable and spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, going through the passageway, which was super convenient since we did not rent a car, and the bus stop was also right in front of the Marriot which was right outside the passageway. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well, and they had a number we could call if we needed...

« What a fantastic trip. The resort was clean and well kept. The BBQ station was convenient and kept very clean. The rooms had everything we needed, the cooler was great for our trips to baby beach. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient. Carlos was incredibly helpful and kind. He is by far the best property manager we've ever encountered. His smile and enthusiasm lights up the property and our day. It really is one happy island and we can't wait to...

"Nouvel hôtel avec infrastructure toute neuve. Bel établissement bien situé en face d’Eagle Beach et à proximité d’un grand supermarché. Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée, dispose D’un jacuzzi sur la terrasse, belles piscines et transats de qualité. Petit déjeuner de qualité et bien diversifié. Dommage cependant que les travaux ne soient vraiment pas encore terminés alors que l’hôtel est ouvert depuis quelques mois maintenant. Occasionne bruit, poussière et certains services pas Encore vraiment opérationnels. L’avantage est par contre d’avoir un hôtel très peu fréquenté pour l’instant vu qu’une partie des chambres ne sont pas Encore terminées. Du coup, calme et aucun problème de place à la piscine et à la plage. Personnel encore en rodage et pas Encore toujours bien au top. Très rigide parfois. Exemples : pas Le Droit de choisir librement sa table pour le petit déjeuner, conserver la chambre une ou deux heures de plus vu vol retour en fin d’après midi pas possible sauf si on paie un supplément à l’heure alors que l’hôtel est presque vide… Bref un bon séjour dans ce nouvel établissement 5 étoiles qui pourrait être une structure adult only et serait alors encore mieux selon moi. Dommage pour les Nuisances liées aux travaux mais la contrepartie est de profiter d’une infrastructure neuve avec très peu de monde."
